Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Red Sea Pulse (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service and to create an account.

What Red Sea Pulse is

Red Sea Pulse helps you discover local deals, experiences and things to do on the Egyptian Red Sea coast. Deals and offers are provided by independent businesses. We curate and review listings to keep quality high, but we do not own, run, or guarantee them. Prices, availability and details can change — always confirm directly with the business before you rely on an offer.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

Pulse Pass and invite codes

A Pulse Pass unlocks additional features (such as browsing all cities and the Trusted Partners directory). Invite or promotional codes grant time-limited full access. Paid subscriptions and payment processing are being finalised; during this period access may be provided in test mode or via codes, and pricing may change before public charging begins.

Businesses and listings

If you post as a business, you are responsible for ensuring your listings are accurate, lawful, and that you honour the offers you publish. You must not post misleading, offensive, or prohibited content. We may review, edit, decline, or remove any listing to protect users and the quality of the Service.

Bookings and payments

Experiences booked through partners (for example Viator) are subject to that partner’s own terms and conditions. Card payments, when enabled, are handled by our payment provider (Paymob); we do not store your full card details.

Intellectual property

The Red Sea Pulse name, app, design and content (other than business-supplied listings) belong to us. By submitting content you grant us a licence to display and distribute it within the Service. You may not copy, scrape, or resell the Service or its content without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, access it through unauthorised means, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, offers, or services of the independent businesses and partners listed in the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service, or any account, if these terms are breached or to protect the Service and its users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; the “last updated” date will change and material updates will be notified in the app.
